About me
I love using software development to solve interesting scientific problems. My previous work has included (1) development of methods for determining and interpreting DNA sequence variants, (2) integration of evidence from multiple sources to predict the structural and functional effects of mutation, (3) development of RosettaLigand, a tool that predicts the structure of protein/small molecule complexes, and (4) a web server that predicts the sensitivity and specificity of DNA signatures for Real Time PCR. I currently develop tools for combining pedigree data with medical records.
